Caitlyn Jenner Reveals How Much Money Kylie Jenner Spends on Security

She's very serious about safety.

Kylie Jenner apparently doesn't pinch pennies when it comes to her security teams.

As noted by InStyle, Caitlyn Jenner recently revealed how much her youngest child spends on security per month, and it's...a lot. But when you're Kylie Jenner, one of the world's youngest billionaires and a member of the first family of reality TV, a good security team is not just a suggestion — it's an essential.

On I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!, Caitlyn was asked about her famous family's relationship to security teams. “Do you guys have to have security everywhere you go?” asked her costar, actor Cliff Parisi. "Everywhere," Caitlyn confirmed. “I bet you Kylie will spend anywhere between [$300,000] and $400,000 a month. A ton of money.”

Caitlyn then went on to say she thinks it's "sad" that the Kardashian-Jenners must rely on 24/7 security, but they've gotten accustomed to it. “They’re used to it. They’ve been doing it forever. They like the security guys there," she shared.

Kylie has had more than a few brushes with scary fans and stalkers in the past. In 2017, a man reportedly tried to drive his car into her home, and she understandably panicked when she learned her home may have been invaded — a breakdown that was shown on an ep of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. More recently, Kylie filed a restraining order against a man who was allegedly trying to enter her home. "I have suffered, and continue to suffer emotional distress. I have a young child and also fear for her safety," she wrote in a court document.

Kylie isn't the only Kardashian-Jenner who has experienced the scary side of fame. In 2016, her sister Kim Kardashian West was robbed as part of a heist during a trip to Paris, leading her to take a break from the spotlight and causing the family to hire an "enormous" amount of security. "Not only do we now have an enormous amount of security — everyone is armed and licensed," Kris Jenner told the Hollywood Reporter at the time."It’s legit companies that protect all of us ... but also the way that we deal with our lives on social media took a huge turn: what we show, what we don’t show."
