Easter, which was only about a month ago, in case you've lost all sense of time and perspective, is probably the only time throughout the year that you gorge on Cadbury eggs and it's, like, totally acceptable. The same brand that makes your favorite festive spring candy also makes chocolate-filled cookies, which is good news all around.

Cadbury cookies are thin chocolate chip cookies that are filled with even more milk chocolate. There are tons of ways that Cadbury eggs can be used in baking and sweet treats—we've stuffed them in biscuits, used them for shots, and turned them into a trifle—but these cookies use Cadbury chocolate rather than the eggs, making them a year-round delight.

The cookie packaging describes them as "crunchy" which can be seen by the other photos posted by Instagram account @FoodyMomma. The cookies look a bit thin and less doughy than a homemade cookie, so if you like more crunch these are totally for you.

The crumbly cookie is off-set by the creamy chocolate filling in the middle of each cookie, so you really get the crunchy cookie, chewy chocolate chips, and creamy inside all working together to make this cookie nothing short of perfect.

@Foodymomma got these cookies as a gift through Amazon, but they are unfortunately sold out at the moment. In the meantime, you can check your supermarket to see if they have these, although it may be a long shot since Cadbury is a popular brand in the UK. Best of luck!!
