Gather around, Stranger Things fans: The Byers home in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana, is currently on the market—meaning you can literally own a piece of the show’s history!

Located at 149 Coastline Road in Fayetteville, Georgia, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is listed for $300,000 by agent Michael Smith of EXP Realty, LLC. The main home sits on six acres along with a small barn. While the property isn’t crawling with supernatural monsters, the home is a bit scary in the sense that it’s a fixer-upper. The listing description says: “This home does need a full rehab but with the right owner, the potential return on investment (ROI) could be HUGE!”

All it needs is someone with a good eye who's ready to invest. The description also notes that the home draws in fans who “have traveled far and wide, almost daily, just to drive by and get a picture.” The owners put up a driveway barricade and private property signs to ward off trespassers, according to the listing.

If you don’t love the idea of living in a famous home, the property would make an excellent Airbnb or short-term rental. Imagine how popular it would be if it was given an '80s makeover similar to how it looks in the show! Whether you're a Stranger Things fan looking to buy the home or simply want to drive by it, consider making a whole trip of it by visiting the Creel House and other major filming locations throughout Georgia.
