Netflix’s new reality show Buying Beverly Hills has a pretty big cast, but it really zeroes in on Mauricio Umansky and his family members who work for him at his real estate firm, The Agency. That includes his stepdaughter Farrah, and Alexia Umansky, his oldest biological daughter.

Alexia, who is 26, sounds exactly like her mom, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards, and it’s clear early on that Alexia has her dad wrapped around her little finger. In fact, he literally says this in the first episode, a moment which is quickly followed by a scene showing Mauricio promising Alexia that he has her lip gloss in his pocket as they walk into an important work party.

OK, but what’s the deal with this junior real estate agent at The Agency? Here’s everything you need to know about Alexia Umansky.

She has three sisters.

Alexia is the oldest biological child of Mauricio Umansky and Kyle Richards. Of course, there's older half-sister Farrah, but Alexia is the first of three Umansky girls. She was born on June 18, 1996, and has two other little sisters: Sophia and Portia.

She grew up on reality TV.

Yep, Alexia has been in front of the camera for over a decade now, having frequently appeared on RHOBH, thanks to her famous mom. (Kyle has been on the show since 2010—when Alexia was just 14 years old.)

Now, at 26, it's Alexia's turn in the spotlight, and she certainly isn't shying away from it.

She attended Emerson College.

Alexia originally went to the University of Arizona but transferred to Emerson College, according to People. She received a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications from the school in 2018, per a LinkedIn profile she hasn’t updated since around that same time.

And, apparently, Alexia was a different kind of sister when she was at the University of Arizona: She was a member of a sorority called Alpha Phi.

She works on her dad’s team.

Alexia is now a junior agent at The Agency and within the brokerage, she's a member of the Umansky team. This only makes sense considering her half-sister, Farrah Aldjufrie, and her dad are both on the team.

“Alexia taps into her wide-reaching social media knowledge and degree in Marketing Communication from Emerson University to provide clients with focused, future-facing campaigns and messaging that help every property stand out,” her bio at The Agency reads.

FYI: She specializes in properties in the Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Sunset Strip neighborhoods. Which means the houses she's trying to sell are $$$.

She is also really into fashion.

Alexia’s Instagrams are packed with pics of her in various gorgeous cool-girl outfits. Case in point:

Who is she dating?

In Buying Beverly Hills, Alexia has what seems to be a serious flirtation with fellow agent Joey Ben Zvi, and they talk about a past hook-up, but…that’s about it. This romantic plot line doesn’t really go anywhere which makes sense because IRL, Alexia has a long-term boyfriend, Jake Zingerman, “that’s been around for a long, long time,” Mauricio told Us Weekly. He added, “He’s awesome. We love him.”

The couple has been linked together since around 2020, according to Us Weekly.

And things seem to be going strong, because Jake sweetly called Alexia his “best friend” and “whole heart” on Instagram earlier this year. Aww!

And Alexia posts really cute IGs with him, too.

What is Alexia's net worth?

Obviously, her family is mega wealthy (her mom is Kathy Hilton's sister, and her dad is a real estate mogul, after all), but she’s been able to make her own cash. In fact, she's estimated to be worth about $2 million, The Cinemaholic reported.

Phew! That's no joke. And I would bet good money that everyone will get to watch her rake in the commissions on Buying Beverly Hills, too.
