Lowe’s is offering the 6-Tool Combo Kit for 33 percent off, dropping the price to $199 from $299. The brand’s combo kit is essential for drilling, fastening, or cutting projects. It includes a ½-inch drill-driver, a ¼-inch impact driver, a reciprocating saw, a circular saw, an oscillating tool, and a light. This kit already comes with two 2-Ah batteries and a charger.

The ½-inch drill-driver has a two-speed gearbox (0-350 RPM and 0-1,500 RPM). Meanwhile, the ¼-inch impact driver offers 1,460 foot-pounds of torque at 2,800 RPM and 3,100 beats per minute for efficient and powerful fastening and drilling. The drill-driver and impact driver have built-in LEDs for improved visibility in low light.

Lowe’s is also dropping the price of the similar Craftsman 8-Tool Combo Kit by $100, bringing it down to $299 from $399. The primary difference is that the eight-tool kit also includes a 5-inch orbital sander and a jig saw, the latter of which is helpful in woodworking and construction. The eight-tool kit also includes two 20-volt, 2.0-Ah batteries and a charger.

While the tool kits each include those batteries and a charger, Lowe’s is throwing in an additional Craftsman 20-volt, 4.0-Ah battery, giving you more power for the various tools. Combo kits are an excellent way to quickly acquire several tools for less, and the bonus of a free battery with each purchase makes the discounts even better.
