Whatever you're going through, you have to believe it actually will get better. Disconnect from any reminders of the situation and daydream. You are allowed more than five minutes for this one! Don't be too attached to an ideal outcome, but instead imagine the feeling of that outcome. Be glad you made whatever change you have made and be proud you walked away from something bad. Whatever the win you need is, imagine the feeling of already being at the finish line. Meditate on it. Then visualize it as a bubble or a balloon and imagine it floating far away.
