If you're a BTS stan (which, aren't we all), you probably already know about the K-Pop group's slate of U.S. tour dates happening later this year. The tour kicks off in Los Angeles on September 5 at the Staples Center, and BTS will perform three additional dates at the Center before making their way to cities including Fort Worth, Texas and Chicago, Illinois. The planned stateside excursion is being billed as their final American tour in 2018, capping off their whirlwind year.

Now, however, BTS has added a final tour date to that roster, and it's a big one: On October 6, the group will play Citi Field in New York City.

Although the group is known for their stunning and even fashion-forward live performances, the New York tour date proves particularly significant and will mark the first time that a K-Pop group has ever performed at a stadium, Billboard reported. The Citi Field show , which holds a reported 40,000 people and is also where the New York Mets play their home games. Tickets are not yet on sale for the Citi Field date, but Billboard notes that it's likely to be the most attended K-Pop concert ever held in America.

The upcoming concert certainly isn't the first time that BTS has made music history. In between hanging out with Halsey and getting pranked on Ellen, the group has earned a number of significant achievements, including becoming the first K-Pop group ever to top the Billboard 200.

Their newest album Love Yourself: Tear was released back in May, making it likely that a number of tracks from the chart-topping release will make their way on to the setlist for this upcoming tour. In fact, fans have already started sharing their dream setlists on Twitter. Some are hoping for an appearance from tracks including "Save Me" and "Best Of Me," while others are just anticipating that it'll be one emotional ride.
