What is BTS Festa? Everything You Need To Know About BTS's Anniversary Celebration
BTS fans get ready to go crazy because you might not be able to handle this news. It's about to feel like Christmas in June because BTS has 11 days of gifts just in store for their fans. The 11-day online event is called 2019 BTS Festa. The event is supposed to mark the 6-year anniversary since the boys made their debut as a band in 2013 with the release of their single "No More Dream." Since then, BTS has released several studio albums and sold out stadiums during their international tours. Their most recent album, Map of the Soul: Persona is also breaking streaming records. In April, the group became the first Asian act to surpass 5 billion streams on Spotify.
The event celebrating all of BTS's achievements since 2013 kicked off on Sunday, June 2 and it did not disappoint. On Sunday, the BTS social media accounts released portraits all the members in different combinations based on some of their music videos. The portraits were closely related to their solo releases through the years. For example, Jimin appeared on the set of the music video for his solo song, "Serendipity"
