BTS Designed Their Own Version of Puma's Basket Shoe

In a year that's already included breaking records, collaborations with superstars, and a new album, BTS has unveiled one more surprise for members of its ARMY. The newly official global Puma ambassadors have announced a brand new collaboration with the sneaker brand and their fashionable kicks are already available.

The brand new BTS designed version of Puma's Basket shoe is available online and in stores beginning today, September 1, Just Jared Jr. reported. BTS appeared in a series of photos promoting the new shoe, with the band also creating a unique insignia for the bottom of the shoe. As noted on Puma's website, the shoe's sole features a hand gripping a flower.

Along with the specially designed sole, the members also included their floral logo on the shoe's back, inside the shoe, and on the tongue of the shoe. The new sneaker is a bright white, with a black stripe along the outside and bits of black and gold detailing. Each pair retails for $114.

Puma expressed their excitement over the collaboration in a statement, Hypebeast reported. "We are very happy to grow with BTS and hope to roll-out meaningful campaigns with them in the future just like we have been doing for the last four years.” Adam Petrick, Global Director for Brand Marketing at PUMA said.

Images of the band wearing their shoes were shared on Instagram, with BTS putting their signature style on the sporty look. The group paired the shoe with matching jackets and pants and also sported an all-white ensemble. Another video on Twitter also had the group showing off some dance moves while wearing their design.
