Bruce Willis Just Listed His Dreamy Caribbean Estate for $33 Million

When it comes to their taste in vacation destinations, celebs really are just like us: They adore the Caribbean. Everyone from Oprah Winfrey to Mick Jagger has called the idyllic string of islands home at one point or another. And while the exact island locations may differ—Winfrey’s pad is in Antigua; Jagger is a longtime devotee of Mustique—celeb homes usually share one thing in common: They’re all equally jaw-dropping.

Actor Bruce Willis’ Turks and Caicos home is no exception: Set on eight glorious sunset-facing acres, the multi-home escape boasts 11 total bedrooms and 18,000 square feet of living space. An additional 17,000 square feet of decking offers copious amounts of outdoor entertaining space plus four pools.

According to Robb Report, the actor acquired the sizeable plot of land on the private resort island of Parrot Cay back in 2000 and proceeded to build his dream compound over the span of four years. Willis has since celebrated many occasions at the beachfront getaway, including his marriage to wife Emma Heming and, most recently, their vow renewal last month.

Now, it seems, the actor is ready to move on. His massive property was just put on the market with Sotheby’s International Realty for a whopping $33 million—and if it sells anywhere close to that, it will be the most expensive home ever sold in the swanky Parrot Cay enclave. (No small feat, considering Willis’ neighbors include Donna Karan, Christie Brinkley, and Keith Richards.)

While it’s a hefty price to pay, The Residence, as Willis’ estate is called, is nothing short of impressive. Comprised of an 11,000-square-foot main house flanked by two three-bedroom guest villas, the property sits on 1,000 feet of sugar-white sand sheltered within a calm bay. Asian-influenced architecture blends with island-inspired style inside, creating spaces that feel warm, welcoming, and serene. High ceilings, open floor plans, and walls that open up further enhance the homes’ connection to the outdoors. Perhaps the most impressive perk, though, is the exceptionally large master suite, which encompasses 2,200 square feet across the main home’s entire upper level and opens onto a full wraparound terrace.
