Brooke Shields knows how to commute in comfort.

The actress was recently seen arriving at Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in New York City wearing a pair of bright pink Rothy’s pointed-toe flats, while carrying the silver heels she later swapped into. She wore both sets of shoes with a stunning silver metallic cocktail gown and, on her way in, a puffer jacket since it was a chilly day.

It’s pretty telling that she opted for the Rothy’s flats for walking around since the brand is known for its comfortable shoes, which were once worn by Meghan Markle

Ballet flats are undoubtedly a spring staple, but Shields isn’t the only celeb upgrading to colorful shoes this season: Jennifer Garner and Joanna Gaines gave vibrant sneakers a spin, and Katie Holmes recently wore a pair of baby blue flats. When it comes to adding a pop of color to your footwear, there are no rules — so pick your favorite color and feel free to pair them with any and all of your spring outfits.

If you’re a fan of pink, like Shields, we found flats in a range of shades from Amazon, Vivaia, Nordstrom, and more starting at $20.

“They are comfortable, and I had someone mistake them for an expensive designer brand,” one person said. “The fit is great, and I could walk in these all day.”
