Brooke Shields is bringing the edge to a racy New York City art auction.

This week, the Pretty Baby star, 58, was in attendance for The New York Academy of Art's annual "Take Home a Nude" event at Sotheby's on Monday, Oct. 16, where guests placed bids on envelope-pushing pieces to raise funds for the prestigious art academy.

But even though she may have been at a "Take Home a Nude" event, Shields sported some fierce clothing for the evening, wearing a red-hot jumpsuit in a scorching shade of scarlet.

She paired the look with a comfortable pair of white sneakers, a black handbag and a simple statement necklace with a smiley face pendant. Plus, the Endless Love actress added another pop of color with her makeup, wearing a bright red shade of lipstick to complete her look.

"Take home a nude!!!" she celebrated on Instagram after the event, while sharing an array of photos from the evening. "Always one of my favorite events of the year ❤️."

Fans were loving Shields' all-red look, including one commenter who called her "Beautiful in red!"

"I love that you are wearing comfortable shoes. 👏👏👏," another user applauded.

"You shine 😀," someone else gushed.

Shields wasn't the only celebrity in attendance for the risqué art event, which also featured a swanky dinner party that took place after the silent auction. Other notable names on the guest list included Padma Lakshmi and Victoria's Secret president Greg Unis.

Alan Cumming, one of the chairs for the annual event, spoke to the crowd before the auction, stating, "We’re doing it because we love art and we want to nourish new artists and the education that they could get," per WWD
