Model and actress Brooke Shields, 54, has been living her best life this holiday season. She's been sharing some amazing snaps from her epic beach vacation over New Years, and her latest post is a mirror selfie showing off her super toned torso in a cute floral two-piece.

"Ready to spend the last day of the year at the beach! 👙 @adoreme," she captioned her post.

Her fans and followers are here for it.

Actress Kelly Rutherford commented, "♥️", and actress Ali Wentworth posted "🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥". Others noted, "You look 17 years young," one fan wrote. "Holy smokes 💙💙💙," another fan wrote.

When it comes to staying in shape, Brooke is a fan of gravity-defying aerial workouts.

Brooke also previously told Health, "I've just started hanging upside down in inversion boots, doing hamstring pulls and sit-ups. I'm amazed at how great it feels on my back. I'll just hang there and then start doing a whole series of crunches and things like that. It's really hard, but it's really great, and I notice a difference."

She also works her lower body with resistance bands and does kettlebell workouts—especially after recovering from knee surgery.

"Getting one more workout in before the holidays. It’s been a long road from my knee surgery last year to now—I’ve learned so much about my body and I’m excited to share more of my wellness journey with you," she captioned a recent post.

Brooke previously shared with Health that she does Pilates and SoulCycle, too. And she also told People that she looks her best when she’s "working out all the time, getting enough sleep, drinking a lot of water [and] drinking less alcohol."
