If you're looking for free workouts to try at home, Brooke Shields has you covered. The model has been posting fitness content on Instagram to keep her motivated through the coronavirus pandemic, and most recently, she shared the workout she does for a strong core at 55.

On Monday, Shields shared a step-by-step tutorial on how to perform the ab move known as the penguin crunch. "#MondayMotivation to get moving today! Try the penguin 🐧 it’s harder than it seems...keep your stomach tight and work your obliques," she wrote in the caption.

Then, in the video, she broke down the movement:

"On your back, knees bent, go down, and keep your stomach tight," she said while demonstrating the posture. "All you're going to do [while] keeping your back on the floor as much as you can and you're shoulders up a little bit, is touch your outside ankle and touch your other outside ankle."

Fans were loving this simple yet effective core move, which targets the obliques (the muscles located along the sides of the abdomen). "Thanks for the motivation!!!💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼😍," someone commented on her post, while another person wrote, "Love your videos they are awesome 🌺."

Shields has been sharing fitness videos practically every week since quarantine. On July 15, Shields announced she would be doing live workouts every Wednesday morning on Instagram Live with trainer Ngo Okafor.

And keep an eye out on weekends, when she'll sometimes post bonus moves. In May, Shields shared a "weekend challenge" in which she used a medicine ball to target her abs and lower body. "I like to do this exercise on the ball for a full body burn (and great for your obliques!). Listen to your body and make modifications if you need to, the important thing is that you get your body moving! Activity is good for the body and mind 💪💕" she wrote in the caption.

In her last live Wednesday workout, the actress and model said she's been prioritizing exercise more than ever. "The stronger the body, the stronger the mind. The only thing I can control is what I do physically," she said. Keep it up, Brooke!
