1 1/2 skinless wild salmon fillets (cut into 2-inch chunks), divided
1 small red onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and chopped
1/2 fresh parsley leaves

Hamburger buns
Basil leaves, tomato slices, relish, and yogurt (for serving)

Directions
