Brody Jenner Just Set the Record Straight on His and Kaitlynn Carter‘s Breakup
Brody Jenner posted an Instagram about his breakup with Kaitlynn Carter.
Kaitlynn and Miley Cyrus have been hooking up ever since she broke up with Brody and Miley broke up with Liam.
Brody’s mom, Linda Thompson, was Liking shady comments about Kaitlynn on Instagram.
After joking with a Hills castmate and suggesting that Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter were faking their relationship, Brody Jenner released a good ol’ Notes App statement on Instagram saying there’s been too much negativity surrounding his recent breakup.
Legit just four days ago (it’s been a long week), Brody joked and commented, “Watch out! Pics of Liam and I holding hands on the beach coming soon” underneath one of his Instagram posts. And around the same time, his mom, Linda Thompson, was Liking shady comments about Kaitlynn on Miley on Instagram.
To say the whole situation has been messy would be a massive understatement, and it seems Brody has had enough because his latest Insta post is a lengthy attempt at getting people to back off Kaitlynn.
“There is far too much negativity being directed at someone who I love and care about very much. I feel the need to set the story straight. Kaitlynn and I have been best friends for 6 years, and we continue to be. We, like many others before us and many after us, grew in different directions over those same 6 years. Kaitlynn is a wonderful person, beautiful and fun to be with, always a positive force in my life. We decided the best move for both of us was to keep our love for each other strong but move forward separately with our lives. I respect Kaitlynn and care deeply about her. She deserves to be able to move forward in her life with respect and happiness.”
