Brittany Mahomes is one proud wifey! Her high school sweetheart just won the Super Bowl for the third time. And while Kansas City Chiefs fans got to see Patrick Mahomes’ dedication on the field during this “special” season, she saw what was happening when the cameras were turned off.

“This guy never stopped believing in his team … through the ups and downs and all the doubters, never once did he doubt this team,” she captioned a sentimental post on Instagram.

“He continued to ask himself what he could do better to lead this team to the Super Bowl,” she continued. “I saw so much behind the scenes that I will forever be in awe of you … You my guy deserved this!!!”

She wrote this alongside a carousel of photos that included a very telling photo. The co-owner of the Kansas City Current took two screenshots of texts from “Patrickkkkk. ❤️”

On the afternoon of Jan. 5, the legendary quarterback said “I decided we are going to win the Super Bowl.” Then, on Jan. 28, he said, “I’ll see yall in Vegas I’m not done.” More than a month before the big game, he manifested a win, and he led his team to a Lombardi trophy.

And while football fans are rightfully obsessed with these texts, we consider ourselves fans of the First Family of Football, so we were even more obsessed with the family photos Brittany shared. She and Patrick share two toddlers, their soon-to-be 3-year-old daughter Sterling and their 1-year-old son Bronze. And Bronze absolutely nailed the post-game photoshoot.

Hilarious Expressions

Like in the photos above and below, Bronze looked totally unimpressed during the on-field celebrations. With those eyebrows and that side-eye, we have to imagine he was thinking, “Three Super Bowls? Big whoop.” Maybe it’s because he was woken up from his Super Bowl snooze, or maybe it’s just going to take a lot more to impress this adorable tot!

It was incredibly reminiscent of when Prince Louis looked like he couldn’t care less about his grandfather’s historic coronation last year. The 5-year-old’s yawns in Westminster Abbey hilariously showed that Charles had to do more than just become king if he wanted cool points.

His Dad’s Twin

When he’s not rolling his eyes, Bronze is giving the sweetest little smiles. (Like at his birthday party!) And when he flashes a grin, he looks even more like his dad. Patrick’s mom Randi recently gave a tour of her home and Patrick’s childhood bedroom, and a baby photo of the NFL player caught our eye. Because he looks just like Bronze. (Minus the inquisitive eyebrows.) The young curly-haired cuties seriously look like twins!

We have to wonder if the next addition to Randi’s wall of family photos will be the jaw-dropping photo of her son and granddaughter from the Super Bowl. Someone captured the most magical photo of Patrick holding Sterling in the middle of the crowd. The two of them looked up at the red and yellow confetti and had the biggest smiles on their faces watching it rain down on them as they celebrated the big victory.

“This pic is priceless i love it so much ❤️,” Randi commented on the photo that we think is the best snapshot from this year’s Super Bowl. Runner(s) up? Anything with little Bronze serving his (signature?) side eye.
