Britney Spears Twirls in Tiny Red Bikini in New Video

Britney Spears is dancing in a red bikini and crediting a fasting book in a new video on her social media.
The "Womanizer" singer shared a clip on July 25 of herself wearing a bright red swimsuit with asymmetrical straps and ties in the back. On her feet, she wore soft brown pointed heels. Spears smiled at the camera as she did a spin, showing off the tattoos on her hips and lower back.
Spears wrote in the caption, "A week with my fasting book 📕 and things have turned around 🙈🙈👍🏼 !!! I love sharing and telling the truth because if I said sorry we lied like my family does … I wouldn’t be able to touch the hearts of so many GOOD PEOPLE 🙊 !!!"
Just an hour earlier, Spears posted a photo of the book cover for The Transformational Power of Fasting: The Way to Spiritual, Physical, and Emotional Rejuvenation, which was published in 2012 by the late author Stephen Harrod Buhner.
Spears revealed a lot in the caption, writing, "Dear God … it’s the first year I’ve been able to drink alcohol so my trip to Mexico with all the amazing food and wine was unbelievable !!!" She then shared her love of juicing and noted that "the heat makes me coo coo."
Explaining why she doesn't like to stay inside with the air conditioner, Spears wrote that it's because "I’ve felt caged up my whole life !!!" The 41-year-old further discussed her recent feelings, saying, "I will be honest I woke up this morning and thought I was pregnant because I’m so nauseous but I think it’s the sun !!! I ran errands all day yesterday …"
Spears then recommended the fasting book to her fans before signing off with, "So be happy my beautiful friends !!!"
The Grammy Award winner recently met up with her dear friend Lance Bass to meet his twin babies, declaring happily that she was "a new auntie" to Bass' kids with husband Michael Turchin.
