Oops! She did it again. Britney Spears dropped another dancing video on TikTok, and the Princess of Pop is looking as strong and confident as ever.

Britney, 40, showed off her killer abs, legs, and toned AF body-ody-ody in the iconic way she does...with a looping video of her dancing and posing for the camera.

Brit got busy striking several poses as her Glory-era song “Coupure Électrique” (which is French for "Blackout") played in the background. While she posed, Brit rocked a red string bikini and gold necklaces as she iconically tossed her mane of hair over her shoulder.

“Just touching on the door 🚪 !!! Psss I messed up at the end of the video with my edit !!! Oops 🙈 !!!” Brit captioned the video, which indeed, does show the pop star wiping the makeup from her eyes in a clip that repeats a few times.

Britney uses dance to stay fit, and, of course, boogying down can always put a smile on her face. But she attributes her sculpted abs to running. "My abs only come out I guess when I run which I hate doing but somebody’s gotta do it," she wrote on Instagram (which has since been deleted).

Lucky for Brit, her husband, Sam Asghari, is a personal trainer, so they often do strength and conditioning workouts as a pair.

In January, Brit shared one of these workouts on IG. You can see her working her shoulder muscles, doing kettlebell squats, running on the treadmill, and wrapping things up with some moves on an exercise ball.

She has also posted videos showingn how she mixes up her routines at the gym with moves like elbows to hands, stability ball lifts and crunches, bicycle crunches, and straddle stretches.
