Britney Spears and her younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, reportedly reconnected just last week, with the "Toxic" singer sharing the news on social media.
The 41-year-old shared a video of herself dancing on a boat in the ocean in a bright pink bikini and a sunhat.
She wrote about her sister in the caption, saying, "It was nice to visit my sister on set last week !!! I’ve missed you guys so much !!! Loyal girls stay home but it’s so nice to visit family 😌 !!!"
The set she's referring to is likely the production of Zoey 102, the Zoey 101 reboot film coming out soon.
Spears went on to say, "This is me and Hesam’s first vacation in a year !!! I’m so so blessed and l’m gonna play the queen of hearts now 😜 !!! Normally that’s Spanish right mamma 😏 !!! Should I do French from now on ??? Latin ??? Portuguese or German ??? Nahh I dunno 🤷🏼♀️ because I don’t speak English 😂😂😂 !!!" Hesam is the pop star's husband's real name, though he goes by Sam Asghari.
DailyMail.com recently reported that Lynne Spears, the sisters' mother, was "begging" her older daughter to reunite with her sister and get over the feud, according to an insider source.
A few weeks ago, Spears shared the news of another reunion, with the "..Baby One More Time" crooner meeting with her mother for the first time in years.
She said on Instagram, "My sweet mama showed up at my door step yesterday after 3 years … it’s been such a long time … with family there’s always things that need to be worked out … but time heals all wounds !!!"
Spears endured a long legal battle that led to the end of her conservatorship in 2021, and in June 2022, she and Asghari got married.
