Britney Spears has broken her silence on reuniting with mom Lynne after paparazzi photographed the visit.

In an Instagram post from late Thursday evening, Spears wrote, "My sweet mama showed up at my door step yesterday after 3 years … it’s been such a long time … with family there’s always things that need to be worked out … but time heals all wounds!!! And after being able to communicate what I've held in for an extremely long time, I feel so blessed we were able to try to make things RIGHT!!! I love 💕 you so much !!!"

She added, "Psss…I’m so blessed we can have coffee together after 14 years !!! Let’s go shopping afterwards !!!"

The update was paired with a photo of Spears as a child, dressed as a ballerina while making a ballet pose.

TMZ first broke the news of Lynne visiting Spears on Wednesday, May 24, sharing photos of the mom first popping by the home of her daughter's manager Cade Hudson. Lynne then took an Uber to Spears' home, where she reportedly stayed for around a half hour.

A source close to the Spears family also told the publication that Lynne is "committed to making it right with her daughter."

The reconciliation comes five months after the pop star appeared to request a reconciliation on Instagram, writing, "Mom and Dad… I crossed the border and I made it !!! After no coffee for 15 years ☕️ … Mom we can go have coffee together now!!! I'm treated as an equal … let's have coffee and talk about it !!!"
