Britney Spears is striking some serious poses while modeling a neon evening gown in her latest Instagram video.
The pop star, 40, had her strong core on full display thanks to the gown's midsection cut-outs.
Brit loves to do dance cardio workouts and often hits the gym with her husband (who is also a personal trainer), Sam Asghari.
Britney Spears has been owning the fashion game for decades now, and she's recently enjoyed giving an impromptu fashion show or two on social media.
This week, the queen of boho cropped tops, denim shorts, and bikinis treated everyone to a high fashion moment after she donned a hot pink evening gown for a cute Instagram video. The sleeveless, Barbie-pink dress has a high neck with cutouts in the midsection that show off Brit’s rock-solid abs.
Brit, 40, wiggled around, striking poses to Naika’s "My Body, My Choice" as she pulled down the front of the cut-outs to expose more of her abs and hip bones, as Brit loves to do.
"🌹🌹🌹," she captioned the video. And her fans were quick to answer the call. "You look stunning! Beautiful dress, mama!" wrote one follower. "PRINCESA 💕," another commented. "So pretty 💓," a third chimed in.
Britney has been posting a lot from the gym and dance studio lately, and it could be because the Princess of Pop just married personal trainer Sam Asghari this past June. Britney’s 13-year conservatorship finally ended in November of 2021, and her marriage to Sam was a very happy moment for all involved.
This couple definitely knows how to keep each other accountable in the gym. I mean, dang, this takes "bodyweight workout" to a whole new level.
And here, you can see Brit and Sam posing in the gym. Sam says, “my bicep is the size of your head.” Charming! And also true.
While the 40-year-old singer seems to be a big fan of getting her sweat on during intense dance workout sessions, she previously explained to her followers that her sculpted abs come from her running workouts. "My abs only come out I guess when I run which I hate doing but somebody’s gotta do it," she wrote on Instagram. Relatable!
Brit also uses dance for a big part of her cardio workouts (and her IG content, which brings me a great deal of joy.”
But it's not all about cardio. Britney also focuses on her upper body to improve her arm strength, posting videos of herself doing weighted arm circuit with dumbbells, working her triceps, and strengthening her core muscles.
