Another day, another frolic on the beach for Princess of Pop, Britney Spears!

The 40-year-old singer gifted her fans another supercut of herself rolling around in the sand on Instagram. “In the rain🌧 … literally 🙈 … on the bucket list … never done it before 😈😈😈🤷♀️🤷♀️🙈🙈🎀🎀🎀🤷♀️🤷♀️,” wrote our emoji queen.

Britney (and her abs of steel) are glowing in the videos, where she is wearing a tie-dyed bikini and striking all sorts of poses in the sand. In the pics, she's rocking a cute, pink, tie-dye bikini top with a pair of white bottoms. And the whole vibe is just perfect.

But it’s not all sexy beachside rolling for the mother of two. Brit also shared a photo of her with a very adorable baby she seems to have found in her travels.

    

Britney’s 13-year conservatorship finally ended last November, and she married her fiancé Sam Asghari last month. So it makes sense that she is looking all kinds of glowy, happy and free, especially on social media. (Exhibit A: her topless selfies and Exhibit B naked body shots).

Everyone is loving this Britney era. She has said that shedding layers makes her feel free, so I support any and all naked pics (with thoughtfully placed emojis) to come!

To keep her body strong and healthy, Britney fits in sweat seshes with her hunky new hubby (who is also a personal trainer and actor). She has shared some of their workouts on Instagram, and it looks like there's a whole lot of core work going on with this couple! Brit is getting creative with her core work, while also spending time with her now-husband. You love to see it.

Britney also lifts dumbbells, does deep kettlebell squats, and lat pull-downs to tone her upper and lower body. She then follows these exercises up with a quick jog on the treadmill to raise her heart rate.

Oh, and she also loves to dance, which can be another great way to get in your cardio while also having the time of your life.

Brit, you're absolutely iconic.
