Bringing East Coast Hamptons Vibes to a 9-0-2-1-0 Zip Code

Luxe and Beverly Hills go hand in hand but this home tour goes far beyond your average 90210 digs. With the help of Design Works, the space was transformed into a mix of East Coast elegance and California cool. Take the full tour captured by Ryan Garvin that's bringing the Hamptons to the West Coast.

We previously worked with these clients on their other homes and were delighted when they wanted to partner with us on their Beverly Hills project. The couple are empty nesters who have many children – and grandchildren - most of them currently living on the East Coast.

Their goal for this house was to create an inviting and warm home for everyone to enjoy during the holidays and large family gatherings. This home definitely reflects their East Coast roots with the stylish Hamptons vibe, but also still has a laid-back-luxe SoCal, family-friendly feel as well.

We were able to incorporate some of the couple's previous furniture, which had a more traditional style - but changing out the pillows and accessories made it purposeful and helped create a more up-to-date feel.

We love the Great Room! This area provides a lot of seating with the sofa, chairs and ottomans – which was a must for their large extended family. It is located directly off of the open kitchen where everyone loves to congregate.

The great room also provides an effortless flow to the outdoor space where the family can entertain, swim, and lounge almost year-round. Having the room positioned between the kitchen and outdoor space really makes it the true heart of the home.
