Bright Green Marshmallow Kit Kats Will Be The Best Part Of Your Candy Haul This Halloween
The weather is, well, it's not cooling down, but time is certainly passing, and we're inching ever closer to fall, which means we're getting ever closer to the REAL eating season. Sure, we love a hot dog and a cold beer, but once the calendar flips to, like, September, that's when we get back to making breads, stews, pastas, and pumpkin-flavored everything. And just in case you needed another reason to crank the AC, throw on a sweater and pretend it's fall, well, you're going to want to see these positively spooky new Kit Kats hitting shelves soon.
These Witches Brew Kit Kats are one of the coolest additions to Hershey's 2020 Halloween candy line-up. Not only do they have the coolest purple wrappers with a cute little witch on them, but also, when you open them up, they look even COOLER. These puppies are a pale green that looks like it would glow in the dark. Once you bite in, you'll get the crunch of a classic Kit Kat wafer but the coating is marshmallow-flavored.
This treat is definitely for those of us who love white chocolate and similar flavors in that vein. It's super sweet but not sickeningly so, and the soft outside mixed with the crunchy inside gives you the feeling of almost eating a s'more but without ever setting foot near a campfire. I am personally very into these and when I set out a few candies during a socially distant visit recently, they were the first to go. So I am not alone!
Like the rest of Hershey's scary good line of candy, this will start popping up in stores closer to Halloween nationwide, but only for a limited time. You can find a bag of mini candy for about $3.89.
