Brie Larson's Toned AF Abs In A Little Floral Bikini Are #Goals

Brie Larson is rocking flirty floral prints this summer in her latest post on Instagram. The 32-year-old Captain Marvel starlet posed on the floor in a bright orange floral bikini and showed off her battle scars from all the training she does to get ready for shoots. Oh, and she also flaunted her super sculpted abs and legs.

"Summer is here but bruises from training are in every season πŸ˜‚," Brie captioned her post.

Her followers were quick to share their thoughts in the comments, with one fan saying, "OKK ABS πŸ”₯." Another added, "WAIT A MINUTE I NEED TO CATCH MY BREATH." A third user chimed, "HOLY CAPTAIN 😍πŸ”₯."

Between all the training she does for films and the work she puts in at the gym on the reg, it's no surprise Brie is so fit. She also shares her workouts on IG, where you can see her crush some of her go-to moves, including weighted squats, kettlebell squats, and planks with added weights.

She also enjoys the occasional workout challenge like one-armed pull-ups.

Brie's nutritionist Dr. Philip Goglia shared a few pointers on how Brie fuels up to stay energized for her movie roles and personal workouts.

 

For starters, she begins her mornings with a teaspoon of almond butter and all-fruit jam or preserves before heading to the gym. β€œThe most recent science has shown that a little bit of fat and a little bit of simple sugar will actually increase intensity rate while you train early in the morning,” Goglia explained to People.

  

Some of Brie's favorite post-workout meals include eggs and protein shakes. She also snacks on small portions of fruit afterwards. Goglia added that for lunch, Brie eats lean meats like chicken with veggies followed by two more "bridge meals" before dinner. Then, she'll have more fruit.
