  • Brie Larson, 32, never ceases to amaze everyone with her workout videos on Instagram.

  • In her latest vid, Brie is doing a crazy pull-up before transitioning the move into a core workout by slowly lowering her legs.

  • The actress eats really well to fuel her for these intense workouts, and has worked with nutritionist, Dr. Philip Goglia, to meet all her health goals.

Brie Larson is the queen of Instagram fitspo, and she just dropped a new video that’ll have you ready to hit the gym ASAP.

In the new gym footage, the 32-year-old actress heads over to a pull-up bar, pulls herself up, and flips her body upside down like it’s no biggie. She then slooowly lowers her legs back down in front of her before stretching all the way down to the ground. Then, she casually saunters away. Um, whoa.

“Trying new things…” she wrote in the caption.

People freaked in the comments, and fair, because that takes some serious arm and core strength. “You are amazing ❤️,” one person wrote. “Girl how,” another said. "👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾," added Kerry Washington.

TBH, nothing Brie does is shocking anymore. Especially when it comes to her workout routines. I mean, have you seen what she can do? Let’s recap… .

Back in November, Brie squatted what looked like a literal ton of weights with a giant barbell. "Sometimes I surprise myself! Thanks, @risemovement for helping me reach new heights!" she wrote in the caption.

Then there was the time she did one-armed pull-ups like she was born doing them:

And, oh hey—there’s also Brie doing push-ups with chains wrapped around her waist for extra weight!

Brie works hard to reach her fitness goals, and she also eats really, really well to fuel her body. Her nutritionist, Dr. Philip Goglia, shared all the dirt on her diet with People while filming for Captain Marvel.

According to Goglia, Brie starts her day with a teaspoon of almond butter and all-fruit jam or preserves before she works out. (Think of it like a healthier version of PB& J.) “The most recent science has shown that a little bit of fat and a little bit of simple sugar will actually increase intensity rate while you train early in the morning,” Goglia said.

Basically, throwing some nut butter and fruit in the mix pre-workout helps Brie exercise harder. Brie would generally follow that up with a protein shake or eggs and a “bridge meal” (a.k.a. snack) of fruit. At lunch, Brie goes for chicken and veggies and two snacks before dinner. She’d also nosh on fruit before she went to sleep at night. And Goglia had her drinking a TON of water.

BRB: Gotta go learn to do an actual pull-up.
