Brie Larson Serves Sauna Inspo With Selfies From ‘Morning Sweat Session’

The actress is positively glowing.

Brie Larson is serving inspiration on screen and off. 

The Captain Marvel star looked radiant in a new series of selfies shared on Instagram, which she took during an early sweat break.

"Morning sweat session 101: must include selfies," she captioned the post, offering followers a little advice for their own sauna adventures. 

She wore an orange bikini for her sweat sesh, her skin—and the bench—glistening with condensation and her sweaty hair slicked back behind her neck.

The first photo found Larson sitting on a sauna bench, her back held relatively straight as she pressed it up against the wooden wall behind her. She propped her feet up directly in front of her, arms wrapped around her bent knees. 

Her head was turned to the right, making eye contact with the camera, which was on the bench next to her in the steamy room.

Her face appeared serious in the photo, but the next found her bursting into giggles, her left hand brought up to cover her laughter. 

She looked much more relaxed in the third photo, where she smiled brightly with her head tilted back against the wall and her knees fallen out of their rigid position. 

"mommy? sorry mommy?" one commenter wrote, referencing a popular TikTok audio that is often quoted by women when they find another woman attractive. 

"Strongest avenger ❤️," said another.

"Absolute must," actress Jurnee Smollett agreed about the selfies, and to be honest, we're Googling our closest sauna location right now.
