We'd argue Phoebe Dynevor is just as known for her hair color as she is for her star-making turn as Daphne on Bridgerton. And while we have no proof, she may have been the catalyst for the copper hair trend (seen on everyone from Kendall Jenner to Sydney Sweeney). But now, Dynevor is trying out several of the year's biggest hair trends by going darker. And shorter. And adding bangs.

Earlier this week, Dynevor shared a slideshow on Instagram featuring several photos, including two revealing her new look.

Slides two and five of her post showcase her choppy, shoulder-length haircut, new deep brunette color, and piecey bangs. Dynevor didn't share any additional context on the look, writing simply, "Next up, Cairo," in the caption.

Dynevor briefly went brunette earlier this year at the Met Gala in May, when she wore long, mermaid-esque waves to complement her black Louis Vuitton gown. But photos show she quickly returned to her signature color after the glamorous night.

Her new look is already garnering fans, including Emily in Paris star Ashley Park, who commented, "You and this hair. Divine."

As for how long the look will last, time will tell. Season 3 of Bridgerton should begin filming soon, with Dynevor set to reprise her role as Daphne as the story pivots to center around Colin and Penelope's romance. Unfortunately, Daphne's husband, the Duke of Hastings, will remain off-screen. Regé-Jean Page confirmed that he's not returning to the hit series, sharing a photo of himself with costar Jonathan Bailey and writing, "No, I’m not going back to the show btw - the papers made that one up."
