Brett Young Brings Family on Stage With Him During Tender Concert Moment

And now we're crying.

Brett Young elicited an emotional response from fans (and really all of social media) after bringing his family to the stage during a recent concert in Florida.

On Friday, the country crooner brought his wife of almost five years, Taylor Mills, and the couple's two young daughters–Presley, 3, and Rowan, 1–on stage so he could serenade them with his hit single, "Lady," during his performance on the first night of Tortuga Music Festival 2023.

A quick-thinking concertgoer caught the moment the girls joined their father on the stage and shared it on TikTok.

"Brett Young brought out his family while singing 'Lady' at @tortugamusicfestival last night," the TikToker shared in the caption. "Needless to say the whole crowd was in tears!!!!!"

In the video, the two girls are each being held by one of their doting parents and rocking heavy-duty earmuffs to protect their hearing from the volume of their dad's adorable performance.

Shortly after the family gathered together, Young's hit began playing over the clip. According to the user, this was around the same time he began belting the lyrics to his chart-topping hit from 2020: "I remember when I first heard your heartbeat / It had only been eight weeks / Standing there, starin' at that screen / Was the first time you ever scared me."

As Young, 42, continued singing into the chorus, the special love he shares with his wife and kids couldn't be more apparent. He sang out, "I hope you look just like your momma / And love her like I do / You'll see close to perfect patience / If you watch her every move / You can always run to daddy / You'll always be my baby, but / Look at her, baby girl / And you'll learn how to be a lady."

Soon after it was shared, the heartwarming clip went viral and has since garnered visceral reactions from viewers all over the globe.

"Girl dads are the sweetest 🥺," one top comment read. "I’d be balling 🥺," admitted another.

"Please post it without the music in the background let’s hear it live," someone else begged, to which the original TikToker responded, "I have it live it’s bone chilling lol."

The creator has not yet posted a version with live concert audio.

The Fort Lauderdale Beach, Florida concert series Young performed at over the weekend also listed Shania Twain and Kenny Chesney on the bill as two headliners for the three-night festival, which ran from April 14 to 16.
