After the recent launch of MAX's documentary series titled "Shaun White: The Last Run," Snowbound Expo has made an exciting announcement. The renowned snowboarder and winner of three Olympic gold medals, Shaun White, is scheduled to be a featured speaker at this year's Snowbound Expo in November. This addition enhances the well-known community gathering that marks the commencement of the 2023/24 winter sports season. The expo is slated to take place from November 3 to 5, 2023, hosted at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

Shaun White, the remarkable figure with five Olympic participations and three Olympic gold medals in halfpipe snowboarding, is set to take the stage at the Inspiration Stage during Snowbound Expo. His reputation as a snowboarding sensation is built upon his victories in the 2006, 2010, and 2018 Winter Olympics, along with consistent medal wins in every appearance at the X Games from 2002 to 2013. Notably, he holds the world records for the highest number of X Games gold medals and Olympic gold medals among snowboarders. White's retirement was announced prior to the 2022 Olympics, making the Beijing Games his final competitive endeavor. Before his participation in the Beijing event, he realized a lifelong aspiration by launching his own snowboard and apparel brand named Whitespace. This brand was prominently featured in his performances at Beijing and has since expanded its offerings. New snowboards and apparel are set to be unveiled for the upcoming 2023/24 season, and Whitespace will be present at the 2023 Snowbound Expo.

White's presence amplifies the star power at Snowbound Expo, where an array of prominent industry figures will captivate and motivate snow sports enthusiasts in the New England region. Among the speakers are renowned names such as Dan Egan (Legendary Skier), Mary Walsh (Editor of Snowboarder Magazine), Ted Ligety (American Alpine Skier), Jeremy Jones (Freestyle Snowboarder), Julia Kern (Olympic Cross-Country Skier), Steep Steep (YouTube Influencer), and several other notable individuals yet to be confirmed.
