A good breakfast sandwich is one of life's greatest pleasures. On a Saturday morning, there's nothing quite as satisfying ... unless we're talking about these breakfast pockets. They taste similar to what a croissant breakfast would taste like — ultra buttery and flaky — but they're not so fancy. And they're easy to make.

The hardest part is scrambling the eggs (low and slow is what we always say!) and cooking the bacon. Aside from that, you're just stuffing both (plus cheese) into some crescent dough and baking the pockets until they're nice and golden.
Even little ones, who for some strange reason don't appreciate the art of BECs, will love these. Everybody wins.
