2021 is already off to a trash start, so in an attempt to take control of my deteriorating mental health, I am going to stop doomscrolling and focus my energy on happier news instead. This morning, Zendaya's badass GQ cover was bringing me joy and now, I'm going to devote at least an hour and a half of my day to appreciating Dua Lipa's exposed thong.

Like Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner, Dua has been rocking exposed thongs the way the rest of us now wear sweatpants: in public and with zero shame. She flaunted her G-string a few months back with a baby tee and jeans, and is now transforming the sexy '00s trend into smokin' hot formalwear.
While on what appears to be a tropical vacay, Dua got glammed up for a fancy dinner with friends. Inappropriate pandemic behavior aside, ya girl looked sickening. She slipped into a sexy cutout dress, accessorizing with chunky jewelry and a matching black thong.
Dua's G-string was the backbone of this entire look, bringing a dash of the early aughts aesthetic to her sleek black gown. As a result, this look is going to live in my mind rent-free for at least the next several months.
