The One Direction love keeps on keepin' on. Leading up to the release of his third solo album, The Show, Niall Horan dished about how he went about creating his latest body of work. In an April 2023 interview with Esquire, the "Heaven" crooner revealed that he confides in his former 1D bandmates in his creative process.

"This time I sent it to Louis [Tomlinson], and he gave me his honest opinion on it, which is always handy," Niall told the publication of his upcoming album in their "Explain This" YouTube series.

"We've released enough songs over the years, so we know what's decent and what’s not," he continued. "All the 1D boys and artists alike, I'll always try and send it around and get everybody's opinion."

Though the band — made up of Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, and Zayn Malik — went on a hiatus in 2016, the members have shown each other love in the last couple of years. In 2022, Zayn posted a clip singing their hit, "Night Changes," on Instagram, while Niall and Liam congratulated Harry on his Grammys win for Album of the Year in 2023.

Louis also opened up about his glorious 1D days in his documentary, All of Those Voices. "When I think about how proud I am of One Direction, I think it was as a collective, but if I think about what makes me the most proud as me, as an individual in that band, it's definitely having the most writing credits," he said. "That makes me feel, you know, important to the band, and that's all I ever wanted when I [was] a young lad."

Hopefully, we get to see a 1D reunion sometime in the near future but for now, we'll clutch our hearts as the boys continue sending love to one another.
