HGTV is selling the “Brady Bunch” house for $5.5 million.

The home improvement network bought the home in 2018 for $3.5 million and quickly launched a miniseries, “A Very Brady Renovation,” to transform it.

The exterior of the house at 11222 Dilling Street in Studio City, Calif., was used for establishing shots of the Brady home in the beloved sitcom, but the preposterously large interior was completely different from what was seen on screen.

HGTV set out to change that. The network added a real second level and added 2,000 square feet to the original footprint. While the outside remains the same, the interior now resembles the one audiences knew and loved on the show.

“From the infamous staircase that anchors the home, to the bright orange formica kitchen counters, to the blue bunk beds and pink twin beds, and let’s not forget about the groovy attic,” reads the listing.

“Curated furnishings and accessories are included in the sale and will take you back in time to a unique era. This is a collector’s dream. What would you expect from an architect’s home?”

The house was built in 1959 and had one owner from 1973-2018. When they died, a fierce bidding war emerged. Former NSYNC star Lance Bass said he went “WAY over” the $1.885 million asking price, but was still blown out of the water by HGTV’s bid.

“I’d be pretty upset if it were anyone else, but how can you be mad at HGTV??” Bass responded. “My television is stuck on that channel.”

The six actors who played the Brady children all helped “Property Brothers” Drew and Jonathan Scott renovate the home.
