  • Brad Pitt was photographed leaving ex-wife Angelina Jolie's Los Angeles home last week, but according to Entertainment Tonight, there's no romantic rekindling.

  • Pitt and Jolie are reportedly in a good place as co-parents to their six children following their 2016 split, and Pitt has been spending time at Jolie's solely for the sake of their family.

  • "Brad and Angelina have come a very long way and they're finally in a place where they both want to work together to raise their kids," a source told the outlet.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are finally reaching a comfortable place as co-parents, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Last week, per photographs obtained by The Daily Mail, Pitt was seen leaving his ex-wife's Los Angeles home, marking what was seemingly the first time Pitt had been spotted at Jolie's property since their 2016 divorce. The two were involved in a highly publicized custody battle following their split, but according to ET, are finally in agreement on how to continue to co-parent their six children.

"Brad and Angelina have come a very long way and they're finally in a place where they both want to work together to raise their kids," a source told ET. "They have no plans to reconcile and any communication between them is regarding their children's needs and future."

The source continued, explaining that there are no plans for a romantic rekindling between the former spouses and that Pitt's recent stopover wasn't the first time he's visited Jolie's residence post-split, as was previously thought.

"They chose to live close to one another so they could easily go back and forth with the kids. This week wasn't the first time Brad and Angelina have spent time together at her home," added the source. "They are in a much more amicable relationship."

Though a Pitt-and-Jolie reunion reportedly isn't in the cards, the two actors are focused on a happily ever after: for the well-being of their children.

"Brad and Angelina want their kids to be healthy and happy and to have the support of both of their parents," explained the source. "It has taken years to heal and they finally are in a place where they can co-parent in a really healthy way."
