Salma Hayek has been delivering all the bikini content since New Year’s Eve, and fans are not complaining.

In her latest post on Instagram, Salma wears a royal blue bikini while going for a dip in cold ocean water. And her abs and arms look totally toned.

Salma didn’t let the chilly waters stop her from living her best life, with the caption saying, “The pain and pleasure of cold water 💦. El dolor y placer del agua fría. #pleasure #oceanlife

By the looks of it, fans could definitely relate to Salma’s reaction. One user commented, “The first picture is way too relatable! 😂 Literally me every time….” Another chimed in, “I can relate to that first pic soo much. This is every time I take my kiddo to the beach.”

Salma is no stranger to being transparent on social media. And unsurprisingly, she’s been just as candid about her fitness and diet as well. If you’re wondering what Salma does to stay so strong, you’re not alone. Here’s everything you need to know:

Salma’s gone on the record to say that she’s not the biggest fan of working out. In 2017, she told the New York Times that she’s not an “exercise person.” Even so, she still incorporates short but intense workouts throughout the week to keep her feeling good.

Her former trainer Sara Shears told Shape that the Eternals star trains for five to seven days a week and mixes up her workouts. “You should be doing something every day, in shorter durations but higher intensity,” Shears said.

When it comes to her diet, Salma doesn’t follow a particular plan and gives herself the freedom to eat what she wants. “It doesn’t matter what my diet philosophy is because I don’t follow it. I don’t have the discipline,” she told The Times.

In the same interview, Salma noted that she’s mindful of how much meat she eats and will often take breaks from it.

“Sometimes I go several days without eating meat, but then I’ll go back,” she said. “I tried one time to go raw; my body hated me. Sometimes I work really hard and want instant satisfaction in my life. I’m a craver—let’s face it.”

Hard same, Salma.
