Bourbon Ice Cream Float Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops ice cream

  • 1/2 cup carbonated beverage

  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz.) bourbon

Directions

  1. Freeze a 16-ounce glass 10 minutes. Add ice cream to glass. Stir together carbonated beverage and bourbon in a small measuring cup. Pour mixture over ice cream, and serve with a spoon and a straw.
