Border Collie Reopening Window to Be Neighborhood Watch Dog Deserves an Award
We'd hire this protective dog in a heartbeat.
There’s no doubt about it that dogs are very curious animals. They always want to know what you’re doing, where a noise is coming from or what a certain smell is. So once they master everything in the house, they move their focus to the outside. At least that’s how it is for this Border Collie.
TikTok user @taterkingoftots said she’s closed the window blinds three different times, but the Border Collie continues to go over and reopen the blinds. He can’t help himself, though. He has a very important job as the neighborhood watch. LOL! Check it out!

Aww! We’d hire this good boy any time, any day as our neighborhood watch. Even when he’s not on the clock, he’s clearly still working. He needs to know what’s going on at all hours of the day. That, to us, deserves a few extra treats!

“We have a Border Collie mix who does something similar. I say that he’s on paw patrol,” commented @sojourney_unknown. LOL! That has to be the best name for it. He really is on paw patrol, making sure the neighborhood is safe and sound. So for crying out loud, keep those blinds open and let him do his job!
