Blue Ivy Carter Performed a Dance Routine to Beyoncé's Cover of "Before I Let Go"

Blue Ivy is taking after her mom Beyoncé in more ways than one. Not only is she a fashion maven and a budding boss like Bey, but Blue is also every bit as skilled a dancer, too.

Proof of Blue's dancing prowess hit the internet on Sunday, June 16, as videos that were taken at Blue's dance recital for The Debbie Allen Dance Academy made their way to the internet courtesy of TMZ. This isn't the first time fans have been treated to videos of Blue's killer dance skills. But where her last recital was all about ballet, this recital involved Blue working it all out through different styles of dance, proving she's as talented and adaptable as her mom.

The videos show Blue doing everything from splits to tendus in a variety of routines all choreographed for her large dance class. To top it all off, the routine was set to "Before I Let Go," a Beyoncé-sung hit which is a cover of the Frankie Beverly and Maze original.

Not only is Blue able to nail every move perfectly, but she's also got a knack for staying on beat and working with her fellow dancers to make each routine a success. Maybe all of that extra dance practice she had while helping Bey choreograph her Coachella set contributed to Blue's recital win?

As if video of Blue absolutely killing it at her dance recital wasn't enough, one eagle-eyed recital attendee snapped a photo of proud dad Jay-Z entering the recital at some point to watch Blue perform. There's no word on whether Bey actually showed up or if she was there in spirit. We're gonna go out on a limb and say she and Jay split the parenting duties for the day, so he went to the recital while she stayed home with twins Rumi and Sir. Hopefully Blue gave an encore performance in the Carter family living room so Bey could see all of her daughter's hard work.
