This variety is the second “float” flavor produced by Blue Bell, which debuted its Dr Pepper Float ice cream in 2023.

“After the huge success of Dr Pepper Float Ice Cream last year, we were ready to work together on another delicious flavor,” said John Neal Robinson, Blue Bell’s general sales manager, of the collaboration with A&W Root Beer. “We recommend enjoying a few scoops in a chilled mug just like your favorite root beer.”
