As the mother of a 12-year-old, Jessica Alba is up on all the latest TikTok trends—she and daughter Honor make dance videos on the reg. In fact, the actress, 39, just shared an Jump & Snap clothes change clip showing her getting ready for an outdoor walk with her dad, Mark. She changes from pajamas to a pale pink crop-top and leggings set, puts on a quarter-zip sweatshirt, before donning sunglasses and a floral mask. For a quick second, she shows off her abs while changing into the leggings set, and they are on point.

So, how does Jessica get such a sculpted core? Recently, she shared a YouTube video showing her resistance band workout routine, which starts with a warm-up of jumping jacks, reverse lunge hops, and mountain climbers repeated three times. From there, she and her workout partner Lizzy Mathis go through a resistance band routine including banded squat walks, banded squats, standard squat holds, banded squat pulses, squat and swings, fire hydrants on each leg, and prone leg raises and pulses.

In June, she also gave fans a look at her home fitness routine, which includes resistance bands and a medicine ball.

The L.A.'s Finest star previously told Women's Health that she likes taking dance classes because it's more fun to work out with friends (back when that was safe health-wise). "Like hip hop class, mixed with like core pilates-type exercises," she described. "When I'm in New York, I like to do some [indoor cycling] classes, group classes, Flywheel is a place I like to go." She also said she's big on sprint intervals.

Though she wasn't always big on going to the gym, she recently shared that sometimes, she'll work out twice or three times a day. "Man it was hard, but oh so good," she wrote after her three-a-day routine.
