Jennifer Hudson has received a lot of things over the years, from a prestigious Academy Award for Dreamgirls to a repurposed fake Birkin that she ditched. But of all the things Hudson has received, only one gift is the G.O.A.T.!

Wait, what's that?

... Really? I mean... sure, okay.

It turns out we misread something. We should have said, "But of all the things Hudson has received, only one gift is a goat."

Yes, one of Hudson's former co-stars on The Voice gifted her and her 14-year-old son a living, breathing goat. And if you guessed that it was Miley Cyrus, you'd be wrong!

Like... very wrong. Wrong in a concerning way. I mean, come on, man. Blake Shelton's whole vibe is country boy. Of course he'd gift livestock.

How do we know this? Well, Gwen Stefani appeared on a recent episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show, and the host got to ask her point-blank about Stefani's husband Shelton and the aforementioned caprine surprise.

"Gwen, did you know Blake sent me and my son a goat?" Hudson asked Stefani, "Did you help him pick it out?"

The Tragic Kingdom songstress conceded, "I did not pick it out, but I did know about it." But Stefani noted that Hudson and her son seemed fond of the animal, noting that the couple "...would watch all the videos you would send us of your son…in the kitchen with a goat like it was just part of the family. Not a goat, but just an animal living in your home."

Hudson shared that Shelton's specific response to the image of the goat joining Jennifer and her son at a table was, "You're even more hillbilly than me, you've got the goat sitting on the table!"
