Just because Blake Lively is forever in our hearts as Serena van der Woodsen on TV's Gossip Girl, that doesn't mean her big-screen filmography is anything to scoff at. Among her credits are the modern crime classic The Town and the surprisingly tense survivor horror The Shallows. Most importantly, there's Paul Feig's A Simple Favor, a downright banger of a thriller Lively starred in with Anna Kendrick that, hot take, probably should have garnered her some awards love. If you haven't seen it, just do yourself a favor and rent it now. Hell, just blind-buy it. You'll watch it more than once.

But one role that has a special place in Lively's heart is her major motion picture debut in 2005's The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. While the role did earn Lively a Teen Choice Award nomination in the Choice Movie Breakout Female (she lost to Haylie Duff for Napoleon Dynamite, btw), the actress made sure to reward herself as soon as she booked the role.

Lively spoke to ET while attending the Tiffany & Co. Landmark Reopening event in New York City, and explained how she has a personal connection to the brand.

"It was when I got my first job, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, and it was like, what are you going to do for yourself that will be something that will last for your lifetime?" she said. "I bought the ball bracelet," she explained, referring to the classic sterling silver bracelet that was all the rage in the 2000s.

"I couldn't afford the one with the heart," she continued, but joked, "I might have had a knockoff of that when I was in sixth grade, but we don't talk about that."

Naturally, these days Lively doesn't need to settle for any knockoff jewelry. Though the star skipped the 2023 Met Gala (where she is usually a standout for her outfits), it's for good reason: she and husband Ryan Reynolds recently had their fourth child.
