Blake Lively Shares Stunning Postpartum Pics & Fans Are Praising Her for 'Keeping It Real'

Despite looking like an actual goddess in head-to-toe gold sequins, Blake Lively has never felt more relatable to people. She shared a series of glittering postpartum pictures — and even though she’s decked out in couture, fans are loving how real she is.

The Gossip Girl alum channeled her inner Serena van der Woodsen in a gold Michael Kors jumpsuit, which she wore to the Spring/Summer 2024 Runway Show at Domino Park in New York in September 2023.

“2023 Memories: Only @michaelkors could get me to squeeze into gold sequins way too soon after having a baby. Love you MK✨🪩 ✨,” she captioned the post. She looks stunning in her form-fitting jumpsuit with wide legs, complete with a tan belt around her waist and matching clutch purse.

Even though the pictures were taken 7 months after giving birth to her fourth baby with husband Ryan Reynolds, she is still firmly in her postpartum era and not trying to rush back to her pre-baby body. It’s honestly refreshing how open she is about taking her time with her body — even though she looks absolutely gorgeous, of course.

People praised the actress. “Blake’s so real for that … cuz … nobody has a perfect body after giving birth and I like it that she speaks about it and not like the others trying to photoshop everything,” one person wrote.

“I love that your first photo is you looking stunning with an unmade bed,” someone else wrote. “Thanks for keeping it real for all of us real peeps.”

Alyssa Milano wrote, “Gorgeous. All of you.”

“🔥🔥🔥 So beautiful. How do you look this good after 4 kids!!?? I look like I ate mine. 😂” another person commented. Someone else said, “I don’t know a single person that DOESN’T have a crush on Blake Lively.” So true!

The A Simple Favor star is mom to James, 8, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4, with Reynolds. In May 2022, Lively told Forbes that motherhood has improved her confidence. “I think having children for me made me feel so much more in my skin,” she said. “I never felt more myself or at ease in my own body or more confident.”

“Not to say that there aren’t a bevy of insecurities coming at me a million times a day, but I just feel incredibly settled,” she added.

We may not have a brand-new sparkling Michael Kors jumpsuit to wear like Lively, but we can emulate her confidence and realistic expectations for the long postpartum journey. She’s an influencer, always!
