Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are avid homebodies. With a combined estimated net worth of $380 million, per Celebrity Net Worth, the power couple currently maintains two homes in New York State, where they reside with their four children. It's no wonder they enjoy spending time at their residences, considering they're reportedly dreamy and filled with meaningful art and decor—including a custom painting of Reynolds's childhood home that Lively gave him. Below, take a look at their current real estate portfolio and get details on their past home purchases.

Before Lively and Reynolds started dating in 2011, Reynolds and his ex-wife Scarlett Johansson owned a Los Angeles home together. They reportedly purchased the Los Feliz property, known as the Wong House, for $2.9 million in 2010, but they split up later that year. Built in 1969 by architects Conrad Buff and Donald Hensman, the midcentury modern residence consisted of three bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across 2,835 square feet. Enviable features include glass walls with views of downtown L.A. and the ocean, a walled garden, a saltwater swimming pool, a deck, and a sizable lawn. While living there, Reynolds added solar upgrades and other tech-forward features to the restored home. The former couple put the home on the market in 2012 for $3.65 million. It sold for $3.5 million not long after.

Reynolds also owned a $1.7 million bachelor pad in Los Angeles's Outpost Estates before his marriage to Johansson, according to Today.

2012

Lively and Reynolds wasted no time when it came to beginning their life together. In early 2012, only six months after they started dating, and prior to their September wedding, the couple bought a home near Bedford, New York, that was valued at more than $2 million. The affluent town is known for its celebrity residents. At the time, some of their neighbors included Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones along with Ralph Lauren, Martha Stewart, and Bruce Willis. In 2012, a source told People that the home was "a very traditional kind of house for people who work in Hollywood." The insider added, "They wanted a house with character, not a trendy, modern house."

In May 2013, the couple reportedly sold the home for $2.4 million after buying a bigger house nearby, per Architectural Digest. Their next country home is the one that acts as their primary residence today. Located in Pound Ridge, New York, the $5.7 million estate reportedly sits on more than 11 acres. The main home features seven bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across nearly 9,000 square feet. On the property, there's also an outdoor barn and guest house. While Lively and Reynolds have kept much of the estate private, they've shared a few glimpses of it on social media—from interiors with wood-paneled walls to a rustic exterior.

2017

Five years after settling into the bigger Bedford property, the couple secured a loft located in New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood at 443 Greenwich Street. Once a 19th-century book bindery factory, the 1882 building was completely gut-renovated in 2014 to encompass 53 condos with 45 loft-style homes and eight penthouses. The traditional two-to-four-bedroom units range from 2,000 to nearly 4,300 square feet, while the penthouses can stretch up to 9,000 square feet. Naturally, the building is packed with every amenity you could want including a 5,000 square-foot roof deck, a massive courtyard in the center of the building that's outfitted with lush plants, a 75-foot lap pool, and private valet parking. It's no surprise the building is beloved by celebrities. Stars including Jennifer Lawrence, Meg Ryan, Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel, and Jake Gyllenhaal currently live or once resided there.

As for Lively and Reynolds's particular unit, there isn't much info on record. Luckily, Lively has shared snapshots of her always-impeccable outfits from their Tribeca loft, showcasing interiors with arched windows, exposed brick, and wood beams. According to Streeteasy, all of the building's units come with custom kitchens encased in wood and fluted glass cabinetry with Calacatta marble counters and high-end appliances. We can only hope to get a tour of the space one day!
