Blake Lively welcomed her fourth child into the world not that long ago—but you'd hardly be able to tell.

The newly-minted mom-of-four stepped out for the reopening of The Landmark at Tiffany & Co 5th Avenue in New York City on Thursday, April 27, looking as gorgeous as ever in a body-hugging ensemble.

The former Gossip Girl actress flaunted her post-baby curves in a long-sleeved, plunging brown leather midi dress, complete with buttons down the center and a waist belt accent.

She accessorized the look with matching chunky Christian Louboutin heels and bold gold jewelry. For beauty, she sported her honey blonde hair in voluminous curls, opting for a sultry, soft smoky eye makeup look paired with a glossy, rose-colored lip.

The Shallows star flashed her pearly whites for several stunning captures at the event, where she also brought along her mom, Elaine Lively, who wore an appropriately-colored turquoise blue blouse underneath a classic black suit.

The celebratory occasion saw a packed house of A-listers, including Gal Gadot, Tracee Ellis Ross, Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade, Michael B. Jordan, Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz, Zoe Kravitz, Hailey Bieber, Pharrell, Mark Wahlberg, and several other celebs and Hollywood notables.

In addition to the newest babe—whose gender and name has not yet been publicly revealed—the actress also shares three daughters with husband Ryan Reynolds: James, 8, Inez, 6, and Betty, 3.
