Blake Horstmann Isn't The First 'Bachelor In Paradise' Star Caitlin Clemmens Has Dated
Caitlin Clemmens, from Colton's season of The Bachelor, arrived on Bachelor in Paradise last night.
She and Blake Horstmann went on a date and ended up making out in a pool.
Blake isn't the first BiP star Caitlin has been linked to. She was previously caught up in a cheating scandal with Chad Johnson.
If you’ve been following the hot mess that is Blake Horstmann’s love life on Bachelor in Paradise, you know that he kinda-sorta has a new woman in his life: Caitlin Clemmens.
On last night’s episode of BiP, Blake was asked out on a date by new arrival Caitlin (who you might remember from Colton Underwood’s season). Blake spent part of the time trying to catch Caitlin up on his BiP fails thus far, and she was surprisingly chill about the whole thing. The two hit it off enough that they were making out in a pool by the end of their date, so there’s that.
Caitlin’s been a little under the radar in Bachelor Nation, but she’s been linked to several Bachelor stars in the past. Here’s what you need to know.
For starters, she didn’t make it very far on Colton’s season.
Caitlin made an interesting first impression when she handed notorious virgin Colton a red balloon, popped it, and then said she wanted to be the one who popped his cherry. Despite (or perhaps due to?) that memorable intro, Caitlin was eliminated during week three, after it was pretty apparent that sparks weren’t exactly flying between her and Colton.
Caitlin's had some serious drama with Chad Johnson.
Bachelorette villain Chad Johnson made headlines this past March when he accused Caitlin of cheating on him at a club (right in front of him) after they had been dating for two months. But Caitlin fired back and said they were never really dating.
"I tried to remain very respectful while shutting down dating allegations by simply stating that we were not dating and I had no plans to date him. It seems as though that respect is not reciprocated," she told Us Weekly. "In no way did our shared time constitute a committed relationship and that is why I attempted to respectfully shut down those rumors." (Chad later admitted that they "weren’t boyfriend and girlfriend," but that they were "talking.")

Caitlin and Blake also met at Stagecoach.
On Monday night's episode of BiP, Blake mentioned in a later interview that he met Caitlin at Stagecoach—where he also hooked up with Kristina Schulman and Caelynn Miller-Keyes in back-to-back nights—which, let's be real, was freakin' hilarious.
He didn’t make their encounter seem like much, but Blake’s been pretty secretive on this show, so it wouldn’t be 100-percent shocking if something did happen between them at the music-festival-turned-official-Bachelor-reunion.

Last night’s teaser for future episodes of BiP show Caitlin acting territorial and jealous over Kristina’s relationship with Blake, so fans can expect that this love octagon(?) will probably only get more complicated. Also, Blake is involved, so you know it's going to get messy.
