We’re still a few weeks away from Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2019, but it’s never too early to get a sneak peek and form a game plan for the best deals of the biggest shopping weekend of the year. If you’re looking to save on electronics and laptops, kitchen appliances and household products, clothes and shoes, video game consoles and gaming accessories, 4K TVs and streaming devices and so much more, then Black Friday and Cyber Monday are the best times for the budget-conscious.

Don’t want to pore over thousands of deals? That’s why we’re here! We’ll scour the internet looking for the best deals for you, so you can just enjoy the holidays instead of refreshing your browser over and over again.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday are two of the biggest shopping events of the year, so it’s good to know what you’re getting into and what to expect after Thanksgiving.

When is Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2019?

Black Friday falls on the day after Thanksgiving. This year, the shopping holiday will land on November 29, 2019. Cyber Monday falls on December 2.

But, some retailers start Black Friday savings early — both online and in-stores. There’s always a lot of anticipation for Black Friday, so retailers believe it’s better to get a jump on the competition and announce deals early as possible.

Retailers like Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Kohl’s and more might even have exclusive “doorbuster” deals that are only available in-stores on Black Friday as a way to get shoppers to specific locations. However, online-only companies like Amazon and eBay want to get in on the action too, so don’t be surprised if you’re shopping on your smartphone for the best deals while eating turkey and mashed potatoes.

The best deals will start coming out a few weeks in advance, so savvy shoppers can get a jump start on discounts. Check back around late October for the latest Black Friday and Cyber Monday news, which will give us a better idea which retailers have the deepest discounts.

What time does Black Friday 2019 start?

Many retailers start the savings early, so Black Friday deals can get rolling days in advance. Retailers have yet to announce exactly when Black Friday deals begin or new store hours for the shopping event, but once we get word, we’ll update this page with all of this information. In other words, we’ll keep you posted!

What to expect from Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2019?

Just about every retailer from across the country including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Best Buy will participate in both Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Deals will sometimes include freebies and extras, such as free gift cards and free shipping, to juice up sales. For example, Walmart offered shoppers a $300 gift card with purchase of the latest Apple and Samsung smartphones last year, while Target offered a 15 percent discount on all products storewide.

We’re likely to see deep discounts on best-selling items like toys, kitchen appliances, household products, clothes, electronics, smartphones, laptops, 4K TVs and more with sale prices much lower than usual to move inventory. In fact, don’t be surprised if Amazon discounts every Echo and Kindle device throughout Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Do I need a Prime membership for Black Friday or Cyber Monday 2019?

If you want to get the best savings, yes. In some cases, Amazon’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals are sometimes lower than the company’s own shopping event, Prime Day. Prime members might even get exclusive deals on this year’s must-have products to keep shopping on their smartphones and laptops at home instead of braving the busy crowds in physical stores on Black Friday.

If you’re not a Prime member, you can still take advantage of all its perks with a free 30-day trial. Only eligible for new customers, this free trial is offered year-round, but savvy shoppers know to sign-up for a free trial membership on Prime Day, Black Friday or Cyber Monday to get even deeper savings. Sign up for a free trial here.

One of the best things about shopping at Walmart, Target, Kohl’s, Best Buy or most other brick-and-mortar chain stores is you don’t need a membership to get key benefits like free shipping. Walmart and Target offer free shipping on all products and orders over $35. But during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, it is very likely those retailers will waive shipping costs with no order minimum altogether just to get your business.

How long do Black Friday 2019 sales last?

Black Friday isn’t just 24 hours anymore. The best sales might even start on Thanksgiving Thursday and spill over into the following Saturday and Sunday. In fact, we might even see the best Black Friday deals still be active on Cyber Monday. However, while the savings will end on Tuesday, there might be a small number of deals still active. Check back on Yahoo Lifestyle for these deals on December 3, 2019.

How do I find the best deals on Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2019?

The first thing you should do is bookmark Yahoo Lifestyle’s shopping vertical for the best deals throughout Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We’re here to find the best deals for you, so all you have to do is click and shop.

But other things you can do is use browser extensions like The Camelizer, which can tell you if the deal is the lowest price on products on Amazon, while Amazon’s GoldBox and Walmart’s Savings Center are “hidden” shopping sections that feature some of the best deals on their respective sites. For example, did you know Amazon has a secret coupon section? It’s rarely talked about (or visited), but it’s just another way to save even more money.

Meanwhile, you can put together a “Wish List” on Amazon of products you’re interested in grabbing too. This will let you see if your favorites are discounted once Black Friday and Cyber Monday comes around, instead of wasting time searching for them.

Are there any early deals available to buy now?

Not quite yet. We’re still a few weeks away before we’ll start seeing any early deals. It’s likely that we’ll see deals pop up a week or two before Black Friday and Cyber Monday, including big savings on Instant Pots, Apple iPhones, Bose and Beats headphones, Kindle e-readers, Samsung 4K TVs, Dyson vacuums and much more.
