Blac Chyna is “very, very, very, very happy” after getting a breast reduction and butt filler removal procedure.

In a recent Instagram post, the model and reality TV star opened up about her “life-changing journey” of reclaiming her body and embracing her authentic self. For Chyna, that journey included undergoing an extensive, nearly nine-hour surgery to change the appearance of her breasts and butt.

“I’m at the doctor’s office right now, and as y’all know, I’ve been changing my life and changing my ways,” the 34-year-old said in a video addressed to her 16.6 million Instagram followers. “So one of the things that I feel is gonna take me to the next level is obviously taking some of these ass shots out.”

Chyna had silicone shots injected into her butt to make it look bigger when she was just 19 years old. She warned her followers that this procedure has been linked to numerous health issues. In fact, the Food and Drug Administration has cautioned against getting butt injections or fillers for body enhancement. “These products, which include certain types of injectable silicone, can be dangerous and can cause serious injury and even death,” the agency noted.

“I haven’t had any crazy complications since I got it,” Chyna added. “But now I’m moving [up] in life, so I want this out of my ass so I can grow.”

Although Chyna’s choice to go under the knife was a no-brainer, the surgery itself wasn’t easy. As she noted in her post, the procedure took a whopping eight-and-a-half hours “because of the simple fact that whatever that silicone mass — whatever that was that was in my buttocks — it kept clogging the machine and breaking [it].”

But if the last slide of Chyna’s Instagram carousel is any indication, she’s elated with the results.

“I’m very, very, very, very happy,” she said in the final video, which was recorded three days post-op. “I’m in recovery mode right now, got my bandages on.”

This is just the beginning of Chyna’s self-actualization journey. In another recent interview on The Jason Lee Show, the Rob & Chyna alum said she is exploring sobriety and has deactivated her OnlyFans account.

Her choice to overhaul her life was partially motivated by her two children, Dream Renée Kardashian and King Cairo Stevenson. She wants to set a good example, she added: “At a certain age, they see and gravitate to everything. … All that stuff is a dead end, and I know that I’m worth way more than that.”

Chyna also joins a growing number of celebrities who’ve opened up about getting plastic surgery procedures undone. Chrissy Teigen, Ayesha Curry, and Victoria Beckham have all spoken out about removing their breast implants.

For some folks, including Curry, this decision comes down to health concerns related to their breast implants. There’s a name for this phenomenon, too: Breast Implant Illness (BII). According to Cleveland Clinic, this condition involves a cluster of symptoms that may be linked to silicone breast implants. Common symptoms include fatigue, joint pain, brain fog, and rashes.
